Lovely hotel
We love this place The staff is wonderful and very nice The service is excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel. We've been on many places during our trip in turkey and without doubt hotel arkem 2 istanbul was the best of the best.

The furniture was old, torn and broken, no daily house keeping even I complain about but no action was taken by hotel management. Toilet was smelly. Towels were not replaced at any day, Mattress was dirty and full of stain marks. Overall very bad experience.

The room looked just like in the pictures, everything was nice and clean. Not the most fancy hotel, but for the price it's really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Memnun kalmadım, hiç hijyenik değil
Hijyen açısından memnun kalmadım, hotel çalışanları hiç yardımcı olmadı ve çok suratsızlardı. Hotel odaları hijyene uygun değildi açıkcası tercih etmiyorum. Biraz daha fazla miktar verip daha iyi standartlarda kalınabilir.
