I understand that the AC doesn't work in April, however, the city itself is too loud to keep the windows open, especially with the calls to prayer made 5 times a day, including those made at surise. Besides, some nights I was sweating even with the window completely open. Having the windows open also comes with insects getting in your room. This only happened onces. I would still repeat and recommend this hotel.

We really liked the location of the hotel. Close to a tram and the Grand Bazaar. The choice at breakfast was good. Lots of fresh items hot and cold. We ate in the Teras restaurant on our final night. The food was very nice, staff attentive and the views and sunset was fantastic. We enjoyed having to pool to take a dip in after long days of walking and exploring the city.

Excellent property. Close to everything. Walkable and safe. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are dated but they are clean. We received excellent customer service. Roof top restaurant and bar is fantastic!

Lovely front of house staff were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff also lovely and so helpful. Just one particular member of the waiting staff in the terrace restaurant was insistent on getting a tip for waiting on us and asked us several times even though we hadn't finished our meal. This one member of staff unfortunately has put us off ever going back.

Really liked the quality of the hotel. Clean. Staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages. Room have family suits so it was perfect for us. Two rooms with the door in between. We also asked for an extra bed for someone who stayed with us not the entire time and they provided with no issues. Liked the breakfast buffet. You can find food even for picky eaters. Roof top restaurant excellent view any time of the day. In good weather you can enjoy sitting outside. Food in the restaurant nothing special and overpriced but convenient. Food is defo very Americanised and europenised. However, I don’t like potatoes or fries, but theirs was good. Good menu selection of food and wine. The hotel also provided us with the link to taxi service. We were a group of 6 including a child. So it was worth it for us for airport pick up and drop off and we did one trip. Location is great, we just walked everywhere. Overall satisfied with our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out and made a positive impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment during their stay! Big shout out to Alper at reception who was very helpful. I also appreciated staff who brought milk for my little one every day. Hotel is close to the tram and all the famous attractions.
