Thefts on the Hotels.com platform
The reservation desk was lying and not answer tha calls from Hotels.com as they did non refundable conditioning in order to extort money from customers, The room was terribly full of cockroaches flying everywhere even on the mattress and the wardrobe. After i asked them for starting the air conditioning they said It is paid service I should pay extra for air conditioning , unbelievable basters ,Robbers.

Hotel name was Erciyes internet name is Butique House I guess they try to copy other hotel name in internet.Everthing is terrible condition very dirty.This hotel immediately should check by tourism ministery and municipality due to healt and safety condition.I never visit again.

Also das schlimmste Albtraum das Hotel gibt es nicht mal der Taxi Fahrer hat gesucht vergebens auch angerufen das angegebene nr gehört ein Auto Werkstatt mein Geld habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen obwohl ich das per email gemeldet habe
