Great experience at Carina Gold. The area is safe and close to the tramway station, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the smell is exceptional. We will definitely come back again when in Sultanahmet.

Stay was overall okay . First day we arrived check in was great . We felt welcomed . We had booked five rooms for 4 days . The only thing I noticed is housekeeping doesn’t really clean bathroom just stocks items and air freshens room . Linen can be changed upon request . Breakfast is average . Not bad for family stay .

New hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful in booking our tours. Great location and is walkable to many of the popular sites including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, and the Basilica Cistern. The hotel helped us book a walking tour with a private guide for all these sites as well as a visit to a very prestigious hamam. Was a great experience. Had to take off one star because our AC did not work in the room at night and it was very warm. Also, the wifi was very choppy in the room. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel with great staff and location.

Outstanding Service and Excellent Stay at Carina Gold Hotel We had an amazing 4-night stay at Carina Gold Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. Especially when we were visiting with my disabled daughter. The reception team Especially Burhan he is amazing was professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.He also arranged a well-planned 2-day program for us, offering honest recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. Also I have to mention Mr Burak he is a fine young man, who will do anything for you if you ask him. His kindness and hospitality will take him far and high in his future. The hotel itself was absolutely clean, and the rooms were in perfect order—well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Carina Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! Carina Hotel was in a perfect location! Easy walk to all the tourist locations(Grand Bazar, Hagia Sofia, basilica cistern & blue mosque) the public transportation line is around the corner and very easy to take! The front counter staff were so nice and welcoming and were there to answer and help with anything that we needed (especially Shams and Halil). Our cleaning lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was so sweet and made sure that we had everything that we needed and kept our room smelling wonderful. She was one of the nicest people we met in Istanbul! The breakfast was good and the beds a little hard for my liking, but overall the stay was wonderful and I would recommend to friends when they visit Istanbul! Thank you Carina Gold for an unforgettable experience!
