From the moment we arrived the reception staff could not have been more helpful. They were attentive, responsive when we were there and needed advice on what’s app. The hotel itself is beautiful and has an amazing roof terrace. Surrounded by fab restaurants, coffee shops and shops.

Great spot
Close to Istikal and near good metro link to get to the main city, while the hotel itself is quiet and relaxed. Roof terrace has great views, staff are all very friendly and place was generally clean and tidy. Comfy bed too.

I had a horrible check in, told me the room will be ready in 20 mnts and kept postponing me for 2 hours, ordered a burger at the restaurant while waiting and it was one of the worst i ever had. Got to the room there was no water (said it was a municipality thing) and same story of postponing and they had the windows open so it was full of mosquitos, each our they said to wait another hour. The street was too noisy and the window not sound proof at all. In the middle of the night i woke up to the bathroom roof leaking. Luckily there was water again.
