Great stay overall. Initial check in was a bit slow. Our room was put facing the main road with the tram running which can be noisy. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t think was worth €20pp compared to another hotel we stayed at where breakfast was already included in the price. Otherwise staff generally attentive.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast selection is excellent. The rooms are slightly on the small side but they are clean and well maintained. Overall the hotel is excellent.

Old city Istanbul

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location is great for old city tourist attractions. 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar. We used the tram for Bosphorus and Taksim area. The hotel room well equipped and serviced. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for global guests.something for everybody. Coffee machines in high demand. My only complaint. We were at front on first floor. Street noise.
