AC in my room wasn’t working and it was a corner suite with plenty of windows. I asked for it to be repaired and learned that the property had switched it off and they would not turn it on. Overall I spent very unpleasant and hot nights in my room with very poor sleep. The property looks like on its way down.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Pendik!
I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Pendik area. We were welcomed with such kindness and caring. I felt at home as soon as we arrived. From the fruit plate when we arrived to the cute key chain as a momento, this hotel with their excellent staff really know how to make people feel welcome. Every little request or question I had during our 5 days stay was answered with a great desire to make us happy and comfortable. The rooms and view are beautiful, clean, super comfortable beds, an incredible spa with all you could need to relax. We couldn’t have asked for more. I miss the smiles of the staff already!

We only had two problems, everything else was great First, when we wanted to eat at your rooftop restaurant, we couldn't find anyone, then when we went down to the lobby, we couldn't get service because they were serving food to a large group of visitors. Second, we thought there was a coffee machine in our room, but there was only hot water. So we had to buy instant coffee from outside.

The front desk staff were great and friendly. However the pool bar was unstaffed most of the time even after requests to be served there. Additionally, the restaurant and bar had slow and inattentive service. Water was not offered or provided once.

Çok memnun kaldım
Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren herkes çok ilgiliydi. Çok sıcak bir karşılama oldu ve ufak bir muhabbetin ardından odamızı suit odaya upgrade ettiler. Bunun için tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltı yeterince çeşit liydi ve kahvaltı bitiş saati 11:00 olması geç uyananlar için büyük bir avantaj. Otelde ücretsiz vale hizmeti var ve arabanızı çok iyi koruyorlar. Üst katlarda kalıyorsanız oda manzarası harika. Ayrıca lobi katında bir Starbucks bulunuyor. Kahve çeşitleri şu an için kısıtlı ancak zamanla artacağını düşünüyorum. Geç check-out konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Aklıma gelmeyen daha bir çok iyi yönü var. Pendik bölgesine bir sonraki seyahatimde tercihim yine Marriott olacaktır. Teşekkürler
