Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Unresolved Issues
I stayed at this hotel expecting a great experience, but it fell far short. My room had loud wind noise coming through the door, making it difficult to sleep. Though they moved me to a corner room, service declined towards the end of my stay.
Room & Cleanliness Issues: My original room lacked fresh air, and the bathroom had visible germs around the sink and floor. Towels were rough like sandpaper, and every morning, hot water came from the cold tap.
Lobby & Room Service Issues: Lobby seating was uncomfortable, and room service was unreliable—my request for hot sauce was ignored. Unlike other hotels, they didn’t allow me to charge room service to my bill and demanded immediate payment.
Breakfast Problems: Breakfast items like brown toast, dried fruits, and nuts were available only on my first day. The staff barely spoke English, and fresh eggs or omelets weren’t served until 8 AM, despite breakfast starting at 7 AM. The chef was unfriendly and annoyed by requests. Worst of all, when I left my table briefly, they cleared my entire meal without warning.
By the end of my stay, no effort was made to leave a good impression. Inconsistent service and unresolved issues made this a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
