The hotel room is spacious and clean, but the location is very bad and far from everything. The service is very weak, and the bed is uncomfortable. The food is tasty, but the coffee at the reception is terrible. The staff are polite, but it was the first hotel that asked us for a deposit in a very annoying way, which was uncomfortable for me. I even wanted to cancel the room if I could. The hotel is also noisy because of the traffic and the football field nearby. The hotel’s offers are not worth it

I did make my check out from the hotel in the morning than I got a phone from reception. They guy told me that “ I drunk one bottle wine from the minibar”. I told him that “ I’m not drinking alcohol because of my religion “. Than he told me “ they found empty bottle on the table” which is not possible. Than I told him “ I’m coming to the hotel and I would like to see all housekeepers “. Than he reversed.. Told me that “ no need to come back”. Guys.. This will be the final stay in Eliteworld hotels henceforth for my team.. I will never ever let anyone to stay any Eliteworld hotels from our group. Just for your info Thank you
