I will say this hotel is so terrible for a trip to Turkey. The staff here is so rude and not accommodating, i don’t know if it’s because of the language barrier but they do not clearly tell you any information you should know or that would help during your stay. They never informed us that they can help us get a taxi while we had several bad experiences using the app Bitaksi. The iron in the rooms burned our shirts, the breakfast they offer is very mediocre, and when you try to inform them of any wrong doing or mishaps they will try to brush it off and talk to you like you don’t know anything. I repeat do not stay at this hotel, there’s a very nice hotel down the street Occidental that really seems to know how to treat their guest as we did visit for a Turkish Hämam as the elite prices were far too expensive for thirty minutes only. Save your time and money with these people.

My room wasn’t great neither it was in a good condition. Room stink sewage and air conditioner stopped working on the first day I checked in. I have booked queen bed deluxe room and I was given 2x single beds combined into one with 2x single quilt. It wasn’t comfortable sleeping at all. I wouldn’t go there again!

This property was truly one of the worst I’ve experienced in Istanbul even though I’ve been here several times. The staff were some of the rudest people I’ve come across and very in your face type. I went to the front desk staff to address my concerns about our room regarding the cigarette Oder the staff told me that they were sold out and couldn’t accommodate my request. I requested to speak to management and was told that the GM of the hotel was on a 10 day vacation and they did not have anyone else to have taken a leadership role. I will never visit this location ever again.
