Hotel excelente moderno limpo e bem localizado.

Excelente hotel. Bem localizado e com bom café da manhã. Muito limpo, moderno, atendimento excepcional, amenidades muito boas, fazem todo o possível para agradar e acomodar bem os hospedes, atendendo necessidades especiais quando necessário. Dá para ir caminhando até pontos turísticos importantes e fica a poucos metros do Tran de Istambul. Recomendo totalmente!

So Close to Everything!

We got to the hotel at 7am and they graciously checked us in! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Then we met the Concierge, Fatih. Fatih planned our days and guided us to the tram, the cruise, the best time to visit all the sites. He was invaluable. Fer Is very conveniently located; within walking distance to the mosque complex. Would visit again. I

All the staff at the hotel were great. The breakfast was consistently great and Fatih from the Fer Hotel was fantastic with suggestions and information on where to go, and what to do. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. A very trustworthy and wonderful hotel to stay at. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Turkey.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing. Was very clean and modern. The only comment I would have would be the noise from the street. Double glazing is not very good and although we were on the 5th floor it was still very noticeable. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
