We found this hotel to be convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable and the people who work here to be very friendly and helpful. Thank you Turkan for making our check in fun and easy! I would say to my “fellow Americans” just not to expect to find American choices for food, especially breakfast!

I only stayed one night. Staff were excellent. Front desk and breakfast lady were very polite, kind and helpful. The only issue I had was with the airport transfer service. Nobody showed up to pick me up. I had to call the hotel and wait for the driver to show up. The day of departure the driver was late again. For a short stay this is a good choice and good value for money.

Excellent personal service at check-in. We got coffee served to us from free. They need to use fitted sheets on the beds. Ours kept coming off. Otherwise very good.

The hotel is convenient distance from the airport. We stayed there for 1 night during our lay over and it was great. The staff are very nice. The place looks pretty new, is clean. they just need to make sure that it’s properly maintained and cleaned regularly as required to avoid deterioration, as other hotels in Istanbul.

The check in staff were wonderful. They ran outside to help me with my bags, were very friendly and gave me a late check out. The single room was spotless and much bigger than I had expected. It was a great stay close to the airport. I highly recommend it.

Nice staff at the hotel, the owner/manager was kind and respectful, however the shuttle driver was disrespectful and abusive unfortunately, he made us wait for him to park at a regular traveller parking area since he wasn’t allowed to pick us up at the Arrival area, we had to walk and find him, it was unfortunately a bad experience, we could have taken a regular cab and save ourselves 30-40 minutes since we had to pay for the shuttle service anyway. We asked for a room away from the main road since we had upgraded our room, we got the opposite, 2nd floor out of 6 floors and facing the Main Street with all the noise and pollution since we couldn’t figure out how to activate the AC. We were too tired to argue for a better room.
