Clean and great service

This was my second visit. And can’t fault the place. My room was is in very good condition and clean. They serviced new towels etc daily. Hotel smelled amazing. Buffet Breakfast was part of my package and was simply perfect. And the property is situated at the best location in SultanAhmet. Staff including the guys on desk were very helpful.

From the reception staff to the housekeepers, I Can't say enough good things of the hospitality of these fun loving people. The breakfast was full of Turkish treats, and amazing, the accomodations were superb and the friendlinest overall was awesome. Very clean and very close to all of the sights in old town like haga Sofía, blue mosque, the cistern, etc. would come back anytime I visit Istanbul!

Not bad, not good, just a average hotel

The location is close to the main areas but still not too close. We stayed at another hotel in the area which had a better breakfast and service so of course, we tend to compare. These guys gave only one bottle of complimentary water for our entire trip vs other hotel gave 2 each day. The breakfast was a big spread. Lot of things were broken in the room, bottom of tub, trash can lids, and such. But, if it is priced well and you need just a room to sleep in the night and get up to a breakfast not a bad place.

Stayed at the hotel in the standard room and executive suite. Standard rooms are on the lower floor so it can be noisy due to traffic. Executive rooms are on higher floors with balcony and sea view. Both rooms are very spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Did Cappadocia trip through companion travel agency provided by hotel was amazing. We had a great time.

Great location

Cozy, clean, extremely close to all of the Sultanahmet locations, lovely rooms and a very helpful and nice staff. I didn't try the breakfast buffet but it looked good.

We loved this hotel! We had a wonderful 4th floor room with a balcony that wrapped around and gave us a city and ocean view. The area was very safe and we loved Istanbul. The hotel is so close to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Mostly we loved the staff! So very welcoming and helpful!! Thx! Donna P

Walkable to the Mosques, great location. Lovely restaurant across the road. Staff were very welcoming - especially Nescati who helped me book a wonderful dinner cruise with a discounted rate. Room 403 has a large roof terrace with views of Bosphorous and side view of Blue Mosque minarets . Nice jacuzzi bath. Free buffet breakfast sets you up for the day. Had a fantastic time! Would 100 per cent recommend.

Wow! This boutique hotel is gorgeous and has exceeded expectations on every level! The staff here are very attentive and accommodating, starting with a gentleman at the front desk named Necati, who made sure everyday that we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Let's talk cleanliness... this hotel is detailed in its cleanliness regime, even hand scrubbing the stairwell walls and steps! They take great care in keeping the hotel well maintained. The rooms were great for our family, comfortable bedding arrangements and we had an amazing view of the water and the city right from our balcony. This site is the Home Suites site and that is exactly how it felt, like you were in the comfort of your home...but right outside the steps of the hotel you are within short walk to all the major sights in the area like: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Old Hippodrome, waterfront walks and access to cruise, lots of local shops and food. Perfect stay.

Property was fantastic, i stayed in the other branch 7 years ago the GLK Acropol that was very nice too. I would recommend and would have stayed here again, but unfortunately i won't ever be coming to Turkey again, me and my wife were treated very badly at the airport on the way back to London.
