I got this room for my mom. She said the hotel was good. Friendly stuff. Very kind people. But the cleanliness wasn’t the best. You could tell they cleaned only where they could reach. The top surfaces had dust. My mom had troubles breathing because of dust and very highly perfumed cleaning products that they used. Maybe it is something the hotel can improve on. Because of that we won’t be booking it anymore. As being able to breathe while you are staying there is important. Mom kept opening window and the weather was cold. So if you have dust allergy or can’t stand smell of highly perfumed cleaning products. I would avoid this property. Another thing that I didn’t like that they don’t disclose that the shuttle is only one way. Not both ways. And taxis in Turkey are a mafia. They charge a lot for very short distances. To be exact 30 euros to get there. The road to the property is packed with cars parked and it is hard to get there. It isn’t a bad hotel. 4 out of 5. So. Pretty good.

The hotel is very far from the airport. The airport shuttle will charge more than the doubled price compare to the taxis.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, offered 24 hour free shuttle and was connected to a mall. It’s not true. Shuttle is only free 1 time. You have to pay to return to the airport. Don’t, Uber is much cheaper. You have to walk 8 minutes to the mall. The hotel is undergoing renovations. They worked till 9 pm. You can also hear road noise. The water in the shower is not hot but warm and the heat in the room stopped working in the night. I definitely would not recommend this place. I did not receive my room upgrade or free drinks. They did not know what I was talking about.

Stayed here overnight to get a good night’s sleep during our lengthy layover. Hotel is about 25-30 minutes drive from the airport. Somewhat smaller room but good quality linens and furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had 4:30 AM checkout time and they had taxi waiting for us (one way paid by the hotel) and they even had fresh sandwiches packed and ready since we would have missed the included free breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone looking for no-frills hotel close to the airport!

I didn’t like the breakfast. It was poor. In all other hotels it’s usually like buffet. Clients can choose what they want. In your hotel mix of one leaf of lettuce with two slices of tomato and cucumber, two half slices of sausage, slice of cheese and one egg is not enough for breakfast.

It seemed as though this property is currently doing renovations to be more modern. The area it was in, wasn't as modern, nor was it close to the big city. Which was ok, we only needed a place to lay our head for a layover. The staff was great and took care of us. Only issues we had was water build up in the shower and flooded the restroom, and on expedia it states they provided free airport shuttle. When we arrived, they told us they did not provide shuttle for an economy stay. If that is the case, they should state that somewhere seeing as its one of the reasons we selected the hotel. We ended up having to pay an additional $50 for transportation. I honestly feel like it was a way to take advantage of travelers. Also, keep in mind the rooms are smaller then normal, if you have a longer stay then 2 nights, id suggest a bigger room. Over all it wasn't too bad to rest for a few hours.

Convenient and modern.

It's my regular hotel that I stay at when transiting through Istanbul. The transfer from the airport is simple and efficient, the rooms are clean and modern and the service excellent. Don't waste your money staying in the airport hotel when for a fraction of the price you get a better room, better service and a good breakfast included.....only 15 minites away.
