The breakfast was good and well presented - staff very friendly and welcoming. The pool is a good feature but if the hotel is busy it can be very crowded - the sauna and hammam are clean and pleasant

Lovely hotel and staff. Room and beds comfortable. Situated only 5 minutes walk to the Tram station for City Centre. Shops, cafe and restaurants nearby. Wondeful selection of food at breakfast time.

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très gentil avec moi. Me faisant un sandwich puisque je partais avant le déjeuner. L'hôtel ne fourni pas d'eau en continu aux résidents. Nous devons alors sortir dehors pour chercher notre eau. Heureusement, le garçon de la réception a été très gentil au premier soir et m'a fourni une bouteille d'eau 1,5L. Merci encore.

I recommend Hamitbey hotel ’ for its cozy room, friendly staff. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is close to major metro station. I will go back again.

Istanbul is a must see. Such a vibrant city!

It was lovely! Place was just as described ans close to everything i need: public transport and restaurants. The indoor pool was so warm and inviting i was in it most evening splashing around. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. How I didn't bit my tongue is a miracle. The receptionist helped me wity directions that google was giving me the marathon version of. Trips that Google says needed 2 trains and a bus only required a train ride when tge receptionist assisted. Pity I didnt ask for his name! Our room was comfortable too. Got all the amenities advertised. The other half was pleased. That's all that matters!

Staff was soooo kind and helpful! Rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable! Great water pressure! Delicious breakfast buffet! Super close to shopping, dining and coffee houses! Plenty of taxis/ Ubers around for traveling! Highly recommend and will sure to book again!

The rooms were unfortunately not sound proof at all and you can hear absolutely everything. The breakfast is okay but more variety would have been good, and everything was always running out, taking ages to replace.
