Sometimes it's simply the staff that makes a stay memorable. When my bag was lost, they were instrumental in it's timely recovery. They booked excellent tours at the last minute. I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. Not to mention, the views from the terrace are stunning.

The hotel was situated quite conveniently to the main sightseeing areas we wanted to see, and most things were within walking distance. What wasn't, was available from the Hop on Hop off bus, or a taxi. The front of house staff at the hotel were excellent in helping arrange transport to and from the airport, and arranging a sightseeing tour on the Bosphorus. We struggled a little with the breakfast. Although there was a great array of food on offer, it was not always what we wanted. On the whole we had a great stay. Thank you to all staff concerned to make it that way.

We stayed at Saba Sultan for 10 nights. It’s a wonderful hotel. Very centrally located, and very convenient for seeing all the main attractions in Istanbul. A few minutes walk to Sultanahmet Tram station made it real easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff is very helpful. Omer at the front desk even lent us his Istanbulkart, which was very kind of him. Breakfast was decent. They make eggs for you on order. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in Sultanahmet. This is an older property with a small room, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and no issues with hot water. Beautiful rooftop patio free for guests to use. The complimentary breakfast had many dishes including meats, eggs, yogurt, breads, sweets, and carious Turkish dishes. Staff in all roles at the property were helpful and friendly.

Can’t beat this hotel for location. It’s right in the heart of all the attractions in the old city. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfy.

We requested two- bed room ,sadly the room is so small it was difficult for us to move, of course the bath room was much smaller than expected. Both are clean.The breakfast was OK.The staff are helpful and decent. Would i come back, no.
