Loud environment, unpleasant service

The service was not good. They made false statements, such as when I was smelling cigarette smoke outside my room, or telling me that there was nothing they could do to help. Almost any other hotel I have been to would offer to switch my room, even if the only rooms available are slightly better than mine. Also, the airplane noise is exceedingly loud on the fourth floor

It wasn’t a particularly dirty hotel, but it didn’t feel clean either. Apparently, the hotel doesn’t care about such things because everyone stays for just one night. There’s no place to hang face towels; they just placed them next to the sink. I think I caught an eye infection at the hotel, and five days of my vacation were spent in agony

I have used this hotel several times before. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have direct access to the airport terminal building. There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately.

I booked a junior suite and it was great. The room was clean and the furniture was excellent. The room had all the important needs, but there was a shortcoming in the service of carrying and delivering the bags to the room, as no one received us to take the bags to the room. Also, the breakfast was suitable and varied.
