Fantastic hotel, clean & good service! Breakfast was amazing-plenty of options & very filling a peregrct start to your day.. within walking distance to all main surrounding areas , plenty of shops & eating places. Spa was very good- book the massage treatment you will not be disappointed! A very good inner city hotel.

Awful!.. beds are small and uncomfortable!..No menus in room in case you want to order food to your room...wifi was down several times ..on one occasion phones were down so I got a knock on my door from hotel staff even though I had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP!...The side walk to get to the place was broken and uneven. I checked out early to a near by hotel that was a lot better! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

We stayed here as we were visiting family nearby and the location was very good - a nice neighborhood in Istanbul whilst still being a short taxi ride to the main sites such as Taksim. Staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable for our 4 night stay. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range each day. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic, but it is the exceptionally wonderful staff who truly make it stand out from all other hotels! Special thanks and appreciation to Altın who not only remembered us from our previous stay at another Gleam Collection, but also went above and beyond to make our experience at this new location even better! His kindness, hospitality, and sincerity are unlike any other, and we will always hold this experience very dearly to our hearts. Muhammad is super kind and genuine, and helped us greatly during our stay with excellent recommendations and thoughtful advice. Every single person on the staff is so sweet and their smiles and greetings make the vibe so lovely. They really value feedback and are quick to resolve any issues. The hotel itself is very cute with a nice boutique atmosphere and in a good location with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Overall a great choice for a trip to Istanbul!

It was amazing stay. I have booked for 2 nights from 15-17 oct, and the other 2 nights in a different hotel. I was regretting that I should have stayed 4 nights instead of two only. My wife and I really like it although the rooms are small. Special thanks to Mr. Altin , Mr. Hasan & Mr.Mohammed, all reception team are perfect they made our stay amazing!

I am a frequent visitor to Turkey and have stayed in many hotels but this one really stood out. Great hotel Great service, clean rooms, amazing location. Everything is within few min walk.
