A wonderful atmosphere of friendly staff who offered upgrades, support and a warming environment during my stay. A lovely hotel that’s a little out of the city, so much more relaxing. And cabs are 200 TL (~£5) into town - what a bargain!

We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.

Hotel staff were great and accommodating, they took care of our luggage properly, even called us a taxi for a ride to the airport & made sure we didn't forget anything. Great experience and the hotel was beautiful! Will definitely be staying here for my trip to Istanbul next year!

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Nice, clean, well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location is a little away from the main tourist attractions but that means its peaceful after a crazy day in Istanbul. I recommend this hotel.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We also have two infants with us and I would just like to thank every single staff member in the hotel from the bottom of my heart for the fantastic service, care and attention to detail they have provided us with. This hotel is one that I would highly recommend for all sorts of groups. Whether that be a single person or families, etc. A special shout to the hotel manager who welcomed us with open arms and shared many tips and advices for us tourists helping us along our travels.
