The customer service and the receptionists where extremely patient with us and assisted us with what to explore in Istanbul and they had also let us use their personal phone to allow us to order food to the hotel the receptionists where Imam, Tariq and Amro. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists.

The only problem was the sound proofing. I could hear the room across the corridor playing music and we both had our doors closed. Its a nice little hotel. Good breakfast. My room was very small. No chair in the room to sit. You could only watch tv in bed and 1/4 of the tv was hidden behind to wardrobe. There was no view from the window. All you could see was rubbish on the ground outside. What a shame. Lots of cheap shops snd eats around the hotel. Nearest metro Yenikapi. About a 10 min walk.

Clean room and bathroom. 5 minute walk from Metro station and close to Taksim Square. You have to get a code to enter hotel- make sure to write it down or put it into cellphone notes. Code received day before trip started. Not a very touristy street and it was quiet.

Hotel is new and clean near to the main highstreet

Hotel is good to stay . location is very good you can easily find good food and shopping area outside. Breakfast is good but they need to change menu every day. Hotel is new so it's clean .

It’s been a pleasure to stay in a hotel. It’s very convenient for shopping lovers and close to station. This hotel is near to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand bazaar and some local wholesalers. Highly recommended
