Such a bad experience. The staff is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service experience. They don’t put their customers first, they will do anything in their hands not to make their customers happy. All they care about is money. I wanted to change my room due to alot of noise. They didn’t want to change my room because it wasn’t a good excuse for them to give me a new room. BUT they were very quick about calling me when I got breakfast when I thought it was included in my reservation. They immediately called me in my room so I could pay for the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel is the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Göl manzaralı deluxe oda seçtim ona göre ödeme yaptım yanlışlık olmasın dediğim halde kendini uyanık zanneden hanımefendinin bizi standart şehir manzaralı odaya göndermesinin dışında genel konaklama ve kahvaltı iş görür derecedeydi.
