The properties was awful. Not clean there were smell. In breakfast the plate was dirty the food not fresh. The room was cold and too much sound from outside because the windows was not double. I am not recommending it at all.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel based on my recent experience: I originally booked for 7 nights but prior to going to the hotel I contacted Hotels.com and requested a change to 5 nights. I also called the hotel directly and talked to the reservation manager and he assured me that there would not be any problem and he could change the reservation. However, after I stayed and on my day of check out the resevation manager claimed that he should have received an email from Hotels.com. That was first time I heard that since when I had called him before arrival he never mentioned that. He basically lied to me and when I tried to explain to him that I had talked to him on the phone he became mean and disrespectful, dismissing me. I don't recommend staying at this hotel
The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Bosphorus and close to the old city ,also has easy accessibility to public transport. The staff members were friendly and helped secure a taxi to the airport. The room was clean ,although sometimes there was an unpleasant odour(sewage smell ) from the bathroom. The overall stay was pleasing and would definitely stay in that hotel again

My elderly parents have stayed in at least 10 different hotels during their visits to Istanbul. This has been their favorite hotel so far. They loved the location, and it was easy for them to walk around the block for food and shopping. They also enjoyed the city and sea views.
Service people were very friendly and corporative
But reception people were rude and not helpfull
For example:
I asked thr receptionist that the phone in my room is not working he just ignored me
I called from my cellphone to the hotel i asked for towells but they dont understand what is the towells so they just ignored me.

when you lose your room door card you will pay ?!? this is first time in my life the hotel asked to pay for room door card !!
very clean , beautiful decoration but its better to make the beds direct toward the sea, poor breakfast even with covid-19 ,still can make a better breakfast, small reception, big room, check in at 14:30 which is not helpful

Overall not bad but lobby is really tight for in or out when someone is check in time.
our booking was for a sea view room which was more expenses than the normal room but the hotel didn't give us our sew view room and not even offer us any upgrade and they say u may cancel your booking if u want, we had no option to accept the rooms they offer us
booked a room with sea view for 2 days. At the check-in they did not know about the reservation. I had to wait 30 min then they gave me a room with no view and a nasty smell of sewage coming from the shower drain. I asked to fix it or to change my room, but nothing happened. In order to balance the price I paid they told me to change room the morning after between 9 and 12 to move to a suite. I packed and left my room at 10 but they told me to come back at 12. at 12 they told me the room was not ready yet and I had to wait until 13. The shower in the suite had a problem of draining, so big lake in the bathroom.
