Stayed here 4nights 2 booked with hotel.com and 2with a tour. Great place, people very friendly big buffet breakfast or made tonorder eggs. If your getting any cosmetic surgery thos would be perfect place many hospital and clinics close by, great Turkish restaurant across the street. Nice stay

Luxury and Comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at this outstanding hotel in April 2025. The only down side is that the hotel is located next to a major highway and surrounded with tall buildings and busy streets. During the rush hours, it's impossible to find a taxi. Their spa services is wonderful and super clean.

5 star hotel with 1 star salon

This one was hard to review. Hotel and Spa amazing! But we had such a terrible experience with the hair salon overcharging and under delivering and arguing there point. I took my daughter to another salon 3 days later that fixed her hair for 1/2 of what I was charged at this hotel. Worth the stay if you get your hair care elsewhere. Also, be careful of the pool area. It is very slippery and my daughter fell and hurt her bum.

Superb hotel! Staff goes above and beyond. You are in an excellent area and great location for shopping, cafes and sights. The food at the restaurant is delicious as well and make sure you utilize the spa!
