Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family. When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking request wasn’t taken seriously. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable individually, that doesn’t make up for the miscommunication and lack of customer service. A 2-bedroom apartment is not the same as two separate hotel rooms, and this should have been clarified before our arrival.

Das Personal ist recht unfreundlich. Umzug wurde nicht durchgeführt, obwohl ich mehrmals drum gebeten hatte, da genau unter mir eine Baustelle war. Es war so laut, dass ich mich nicht ausruhen konnte. Von Schlaf war keine Rede. Habe das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen. Eine Info vor Anreise oder bei Check-In über die Bauarbeiten im Erdgeschoss wären sehr nett gewesen.
