My stay was amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I am a young good looking lady traveling solo and had a long layover between flights. I needed a safe place to rest. I booked my stay with a shuttle service. First, the shuttle arrangement was super easy, the driver arrived on time and was super helpful and friendly. I also received a warm welcome from the reception staff. The room was nice and clean, the bed was really comfy. I really liked the hotel staff, they were so friendly and welcoming, O felt really taken care of. The hotel is just 15 mins away from the airport, it’s a good alternative to overpriced hotels located at the airport. I totally recommend staying there!

Nice hotel, parking could be a challenge but they have Valet parking, which was helpful. The breakfast was good.The Viaport shopping mall is with in walking distance.

Firstly, prepare to get approached by Turkish cab drivers trying to scam you claiming uber is illegal at the airport. This is not the case. Not sure why this hotel had such great ratings. Door didn't even lock when attempting to leave the room. Room initially seems OK but when you're in it for some time you realise how shody everything is. For example, skirting board was hanging off the wall with nails exposed. Big hole in the ceiling. Bathroom sink tap wasn't screwed on properly. Black mold on the ceiling. Area around the property is very bad. Our view out the window was essentially rubble. Bed was at least clean, although very firm. When we went to check out it was just some random kid who took our keycard who said he didn't even work there. Which is very unprofessional. It's about a 15 min drive from the airport and the Turkish taxi drivers are absolutely crazy drivers. Feels very unsafe. Hopefully we never have to stay in Istanbul for a layover again.

Terrible room conditions. The hotel was in the middle of interior construction electronics box hanging outside the wall making loud noises. They got cash money for breakfast and refused to give it back for early check-in.

This is a very good budget option if you need a hotel close to the airport. Smooth airport pick up and not too far from the airport. There are a few restaurants in the area that you can walk to. I recommend Heaven Premium Airport Hotel.

I don’t normally give reviews but this hotel is absolutely not as described on its website. They claim it is sound proofed and since it is directly in the flight path that would have been nice but there wasn’t much I couldn’t hear. It claims to have a restaurant it does not, it claims to have a fitness centre and spa, it does not. When I asked the receptionist if there was a gym nearby I was to check my maps very unhelpful.i stayed there for two nights my room was not made up in that time breakfast tray sat there for the entire stay. The bathroom had a bad smell and some Broken tiles the taps were loose and my toilet did not flush, the tv kept freezing so could not watch anything. The view from my window was like a war zone. The mattress was terrible and the worst thing is apparently there are unwritten rules that apply in this poor excuse for a hotel which they failed to mention when I booked but they were very quick to charge me for. All in they are very unprofessional! There is also no shops etc for over km should you need any supplies.

This was by far the best value for accommodation that I had in my month-long trip to Türkiye. Brand new, excellent service, excellent price. The only reason I knocked it down in stars was because the restaurant was not yet finished and dining was limited in the area. Also the whole area had a lot of construction going on and not particularly nice to explore. Next year, when the restaurant is complete I would give this place a 10 star rating for a conveniently located hotel near the airport.
