Comfortable Stay
I stayed with my girlfriend for the weekend, and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and nearby facilities were excellent, and the hotel amenities were also impressive. The room service and restaurant were quite satisfying as well. However, if you’re traveling by car, be aware that finding parking can be challenging.

Everything is renovated, and it is convenient for for restaurants, taxis, shopping and historical sites. I usually use this hotel, this time it was remodeled the room, bathroom, lights, TV........all are new. We had a very nice stay that weekend, plus transportations of all kinds are available easily.:)

Looks like is a common problem in many hotels in Turkey, the room cleaning is not make very well. Always our hairs in the bath and in the bed, although we are not losing much of them ! For the rest all good

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pianoforte by Febor Hotels & Spa! Every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Super expérience dans cet hotel, beaucoup de boutiques à proximité (boutiques, bureau de change, coffe Shop etc). Le personnel est super gentil, accueillant, et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propre mais je trouve qu’elles sont petites. L’arrêt de tramway est pratique mais un peu loin de l’hôtel (7 min environs) à pieds. Les endroits à visiter sont accessibles en tramway et pas super loin.

Over 1 hr delay to get into the room, dark hairs all over room floor, noisy rooms most definitely not sound proof, power cuts 4 to 5 times through out the second night. Breakfast! Well nothing like the images, no fresh fruit or any fruit fruit for that matter, no egg cups, fruit juice was sqaush the 1st morning, no pastries either so photos are false

A very nice new hotel, seems recently opened/renovated. Great price for the quality. Neighborhood is a quiet residential area, can be refreshing if you want to get out of the bustle of the touristy areas.
