We had cobwebs in multiple rooms, no conditioner or shampoo in the shower. The scale did not work. Room service repeatedly made mistakes on our orders, food was very cold when received, and 2 or the teapots were not functional. The facility is nice. But the restaurant was very poor, the service unless done by the manager of the room was rude and abrupt. He apparently was the assistant who does not like foreigners which he made obvious with us the 2 other tables with his offensive body language and attention. Spent a lot of time with Turkish customers but was in attentive and rude to foreigners. Very sad for such a nice facility that staff are unable to attain the standards that Radisson represents. I have extended my stay here but more for convenience than positive impression.

Terrible customer service, front desk, reservation and pretty much everything. Check-in was 2 hours later than it was supposed to be. Took a shower and the whole entrance was flooded because of sewerage issues. Had a reservation for 10 days and left the hotel after 3 days with no compensation or refund.
