Location: very bad. Not close to Merter Market and far from anything else within Istanbul. Taxis too expensive to get there. Staff: I expect at least one person to understand English! Getting the room cleaned is like loto, it might get cleaned on a day, then the next one nothing. It was inconsistent! In addition to that, there was an issue with my breakfast booking and they didn’t even bother help with that. They wanted to charge us 20€ per dayper perwon. Outrageous!
