I usually am a lenient person when it comes to reviews but not this time. Firstly on my arrival the key to the room I was staying at was not locking the door. Requested it to be changed and came back couple hours later to find he's given me the same key back saying "we've fixed it". He did not as it was the same bent key. Coming out of the elevator on the third floor on the right the tiles had come off and there was supposedly building work to repair them. Throughout my 5 days nothing was repaired. Coming to the room, the general hygiene was okay but I've seen cleaner places. Didn't have a small fridge which was disappointing, air conditioning was good, bed was comfy. I requested an iron and they came to my room with just an iron not an ironing board. Asking how would I iron without the board the gentleman said you can use your desk. That desk is about 60cm long by 30. Also I was smart enough to realise that the iron itself had rust and luckily didn't use it on any of my clothes as it would have stained them. Took it back to reception and told them they're an absolute joke man to be giving me something like this. The staff generally speaking were unprofessional, cold faced and as if they didn't want to be there. Would I recommend? No. You can find somewhere better maybe but if your desperate and on a budget then it's okay I gues.

Too many bad reviews about this property made me scared after booking. However my stay was very pleasant, the only bad was the hygiene of the shower floor but they give slippers which i wore in there, they offered room service more than 5 times during my stay. Staff were great and accommodating, and this was definitely worth the price i had booked it for. Good size convenience store literally next door, salon, barbers, plenty places to eat out and pharmacy as well, hence great location. Id say book them, but its all quite hit or miss so i dont know if we were just lucky.

The sheets were dirty, there were no towels in the room, and the room did not look anything like the pictures showed. When I asked for clean sheets they brough another set with a bunch of hair on them. They did not smell clean either. I did not take my clothes off so my body would not touch the sheets. It was a horrible hotel. I checked out the next morning but they refused to issue a refund for the remaining nights I had paid for. They referred me to Expedia.
