Ozzie et al, made our stay one to remember
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person. Housekeeping was lovely and efficient! Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the restaurateur/manager, lovely gentleman, very committed to his craft. Having lived in Ankara for sometime I have become accustomed to the Turkish breakfast, this was one of best I have ever had. Mojitos, breakfast, turkish delight and Baklava were 10/10. Thank You Ozzie and for going above and beyond to make our trip truly remarkable. We arrived guests and left as friends.

Breakfast is amazing! Location is very central. Easy walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Market. Also easily walkable to ferries to Asian side or tram. Great base to explore Istanbul.

Excellent service but poorly maintained room
The staff at the reception desk provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate customers’ needs. The restaurant also delivered outstanding service and demonstrated a willingness to meet all guest requests. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal. However, the cleanliness of the room was concerning. The most troubling issue was the presence of black mold in the shower stall, which appeared to be leaking from underneath. This created an unpleasant odor and posed a potential health hazard. The room’s floor was sticky, adding to the discomfort. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and urgently in need of renovation.
