The staff are very nice and accommodating, they will go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are wonderful and the pool and courtyard is gorgeous. Popular sights are only a 10 minute walk away, with plenty of food joints along the route. Would stay here again.

We had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel. It’s in a great location right on the seafront, though our room didn’t face the front. The rooftop terrace with the restaurant and bar offered lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly, and everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, though the gluten-free options were a bit limited. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. A couple of areas need attention: the restrooms near the pool were a trip hazard, and the lack of a handrail for getting in and out of the pool made it unsafe—particularly for my 61-year-old wife. The spa was okay but quite pricey for what it offered. Despite a few issues, the overall experience was positive.

It’s a boutique hotel. The remarkable thing about this property is its staff. Extremely friendly, smiling and helpful in particular bellmen and restaurant: Ömer, Mustafa, Joseph, Yigit and Ashraf. Rating them 5 stars is an understatement!

Beautiful room and very attentive staff. The hotel had clearly been designed and decorated in an aspirational and flamboyant style. It felt as though it was efficiently run and staff were all expected to maintain a standard. My room was clean and the breakfast was tremendous. There was a sense of upselling with tours and guides, but this was not heavily pushed. Interesting neighbourhood behind hotel and easily walkable to main attractions

The staff were lovely and helpful. The cleaner of our room and Tugba in the dining area are worthy of special mention. We loved the pool area and the convenience to walk to the pool area. The drinks prices was very high compared to the locality. A real shame as we would have loved to come back and have a drink by the pool

Great location only 5 mins walk away from main tourist attractions e.g Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia,etc but yet set away from hustle and bustle . Lovely staff always happy and helpful, nothing was ever too much . Lovely room with sea views . Would definitely recommend this hotel
