A place to book again
It was one of the nicest stays. view from the balcony was amazing, staff were nice and helpful. Please put depth signs for the pool as it goes deeper from one to the other side.

3 arkadaş, hafta sonu için tercih ettik. Öncelikle genel olarak değerlendirdiğimizde tekrar geleceğimiz otellerden biri. Otel çok yeni hatta halen yeni duzenlenen kısımlari var. Havuzu çok güzel, odamiz güzel tasarlanmisti ve rahattı. Erken gelmemize rağmen, nazik sekilde check in de yaptılar. Ancak 3. yatak açık değildi. 3.soylememizde ancak 3. yatağa(koltuk açılıyor) yastık, çarşaf alabildik(gece). Havuz başında genç arkadaşlarmiz servis yapıyor ama sipariş vermek için kendilerini yakalamak zor. Biz beklememek için genelde bara gidip kendimiz siparis verdik. Otoparkı yok, önündeki yola park ediyorsunuz. O yol da çift yönlü park edildiginden, karşılıkli araç geldiğinde tıkanıyor. Otelin arka kısmında paralı otopark var, oraya koysanız yokuş çıkarak otele yürümeniz gerekiyor, çünkü oradaki otel kapisi kilitli. Çalışanlar gayretli ancak organize edilme ihtiyaçlari olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Yine de herkes çok kibar ve iyi niyetliydi. Genel olarak çok beğendik, sadece görsel olarak bu kadar güzel bir otelin daha düzenli yönetilmesinin kaltesini daha da artıracağına inanıyoruz.

yeni, temiz ve güzel dizayn edilmiş bir otel. kahvaltı yeterli ve bol çeşit, abartısız. ekip yeni eğer çok otel seyahati yapan biriyseniz bunu rahatlıkla anlayabiliyorsunuz. ancak rahatsız edici bir şey yok. havuz deniz suyu olduğu için ılık alışık değilseniz garip geliyor. ben bir daha giderim. akşam 11den sonra restoran ve bar kapalı maalesef bu kötü ama kendi içkinizi alın havuz başında ya da terasta için bir problem yok. merkezi olduğu için dışarıda takılıp rahatlıkla yürüyerek otele dönebilirsiniz de. bir de servis yapan arkadaşları mobingleyen bir yönetici var bar tarafında, böyle şeyleri müşterinin yanında yapmayın, aslında hiç yapmayın :)

Şile’de Berbat Hizmet
Bu zamana kadar kaldığım otelleri hep fiyat performans açısından değerlendirdim. Bu seyahatimde aynı fiyatlara Hilton ve Sheraton da kalabiliyorken istanbuldan biraz uzaklaşmak için burayı tercih ettim ancak konaklamamız tam bir fiyaskoydu. Havuz başında hizmey sıfır. Garsonlar havuzun kenarında sadece dolaşıyor. Defalarsa çağırmak durumunda kaldık ilgi alaka sıfır. Hayatımda yediğim en kötü sezar salata buradaydı. Menü içeriğinde yazan ürünler tabakta yoktu. Maalesef aç kaldık. Yemeği getirdikleri zaman defalarca oda numaramızı sordular çıkarkende anladıkki aynısından çok kez yazmışlar. Asansörler çalışmıyordu sürekli servis dışıydı. 4. Kata merdivenle çıktık. Havuz sıcacıktı devir daimi iyi çalışmıyordu suyla doldurulmuş küvet gibiydi . Klorlar dibinde kum gibi bir yere öbeklenmiş duruyordu. Çıkarken resepsiyondaki Bey memnun kaldınız mı diye sordu hayır dememize rağmen telefi edeceğiz şu yüzden vs gibi açıklama yerine tamam dedi sadece. Açıkçası kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz paranızı çöpe atmayın.

ŞAHANE. Konaklama, hizmet, servis, kahvaltı, temizlik, çalışan disiplini, konum, havuz hizmeti her şeyiyle şahana bir oteldi. Bundan sonra ki tercihlerimiz belli. Her şeyiyle şahaneydi. Çalışanlar ilgili, herhangi bir soruda çok hızlı çözümler sunuldu. Havuzun temizliği, müzik seçimleri, sessizliği ile şahane bir deneyim oldu. Fiyat performans olarak çok çok üzerinde bir hizmetle karşılaştık. Otelin konumu o kadar iyi ki tam merkezde ne istersek çabuk ulaşıyorduk. Kahvaltı olarak da gayet yeterliydi yeni bir otel fakat hizmetiyle fazla profesyoneldi.
