This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My room was not large, but big enough for me. It was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind and the concierge was always available to arrange outings, taxis, etc. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and different things each day. The hotel is right across the street from the beautiful Gülhane Park, steps from a tram stop, and easy walking distance to all of the Sultanahmet area tourist sites.

Loved our stay here. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet, tea time, and the pool. It was a great location for visiting the old town sights. Staff had incredible hospitality. Highly recommend!

This was a very convenient location on the edge of the park and most of the key sights are within walking distance. Very little traffic so quiet. Very attentive staff. The hotel is a bit of a classic charmer which also made it interesting. Nice deck on top with views of the park and Bosphorus Strait. Many restaurants nearby. Let us check in early.

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices And goes till 11am, nice for those who get in late the night before. Hotel is very walkable to main attractions like Topaki Palace, Basilica Cistern Museum, Haja Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque and Spice Market. There are many restaurants in the area.

Staff are outstanding- absolutely make the stay exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Take one of their organized tours - our food tasting tour with the Manager, Mr Alkan was exceptional! Breakfast is very good, and hot dishes change every day. The location is outstanding, proximate to all major sites, and 1 minute from tram stop - which makes it super easy to get around. Example - our ferry to Bursa was cancelled; the front desk helped us book an alternative ferry… by calling the ferry company (IDO), being put on hold, then our Visa card wouldn’t work, so he paid with his personal Visa, to make sure we got the reservation. Just outstanding. If in doubt, or trying to decide between hotels, pick this one, you won’t be disappointed.

Really loved this hotel. Being able to relax in the bath tub after a long day of walking across the city was amazing. I kept so busy I didn't have time to use the pool or sauna, but it's a good incentive to come back. Breakfast also changed each day, it was interesting to see what would be on offer each morning! Im vegetarian but managed to enjoy a variety of items.
