I am not happy with my overall stay at Sofitel for four nights rooms are small and there is no customer service people at front desk are very rude I got cut on my hand and I went to them for first aid box they simply said you have to buy from pharmacy no courtesy very rude not staying there next time I loved the location very convenient that’s why booked the hotel but won’t recommend to anyone.

Great staff- but not experienced to handle issues.
Room was a suite- so was spacious. Air conditioning not working first 2 days. The fixed. This caused a large leak from air con vent. Leak not fixed. Electricity tripped. Twice. Last tripped was when we were to leave so couldnt shower or pack. Hotel gave us another room to shower and get ready.

The only thing that was negative is the breakfast, they close at 11 and at 10:30 they start removing the food . At 10:30 they were out of croissants and when i asked one of the chefs , he told me it’s 10:30 and it’s finish . Everything else was good and we enjoyed the stay there

Lovely hotel in a convenient location to walk around the hustle and bustle of Taksim. Staff generally helpful when asked, although a couple of members near reception a bit moody. Special thanks goes to Ertugrul Can Erduran for the lack of a facility not working but making up for it with a very kind gesture. Room service staff were also fantastic, keeping the rooms clean and tidy for when we returned and felt like they went the extra mile.

The place is well looked after. They need to do alot of work on their aircon system. I was there previously for 5 days and then also we had issues. I booked again for a one night stay and the ac didnt work. I requested them to sort it out and they said they would do it from the main panel but nothing was sorted. It resulted in a very very uncomfortable night.
