Fatih was amazing, he helped me with everything and anything I needed. So glad that I was able to stay here and was able to get to the Istanbul Congress Center easily. The area was fine, a little loud during the day but very safe.

Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was good in general, however, room towels were not something you feel comfortable using (I usually bring mine!). additionally I would add more coffee and tea in the room as dining facility is only available during breakfast time (8am to 10am). I would suggest make it available to serve tea, Coffee and light snacks during other times for hotel users and their guests (Paid service). Location of hotel is good and is in close waking distance to transport and Takseim sq. However, it is on a busy road which is noisy sometimes. In General it was good stay and i would chose it again.

My apple airpod are stolen from our room in this hotel during cleaning or when we were out, by tracking the location through my Iphone, I see it is in the hotel but depsit many contacts with staff I was unable to get it. If it is still in the there, why they refuse to return it?

My stay was pleasant. I found the breakfast bar small and limited considering to other motels i stayed in Turkiye. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially dayshift agent. He went out of his way yo help me get around with ease. I found the property is well kept and every thing is clean and well maintained

Great value hotel with caring staff

Great value hotel. Good location - safe, and easy to get everywhere. Staff are what makes this hotel so appealing. Faith in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to offer excellent service. The lady who manages breakfast was also sweet. Clean, quiet rooms. Elevator. Nice atmosphere. I’d recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again when in Istanbul.

This hotel has no room cleaning service, breakfast is the same thing everyday with boiled eggs, breads and some cut cucumbers while the person makes it also watching you like a watchdog.. The elevator always have issues. The bathrooms have problems with leaking.. there is no microwaves in the room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. One guy Fatih would go above and beyond to help, would share his food and snacks and really make you feel welcome. Would recommend for everyone except if you have mobility or health problems as the area is quite hilly. Bus is very closeby and can take you to Karakoy/Eminonu/Besiktas, metro is about 10mins walk to Osmanbey and 20mins walk to Taksim.

Guy on the desk (name Fatih) was very helpful… Area around hotel not clean but hotel and rooms are updated and clean..! We stayed for 3 days with no issues. We paid for shuttle to airport and Fatih take care of it, shuttle was on time.

The staff from Solo Hotel were extremely nice and helpful. I felt safe there and I love the fact that they were always willing to give me suggestions and recommendations about Istanbul. I had great conversations with Fatih and the other guy who works during the night shift. Fatih made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. The other lady who did the breakfast was so sweet as well.
