The experience was just so nice. Very friendly and helpful. They helped us with all our luggage and offered a lot of advice. They also are located in a prime area close to ask the istanbul experience. Shopping food culture etc

This is an absolutely lovely hotel in an amazing location next to the Blue Mosque. The staff (housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk) were helpful and friendly. Lots of choices at breakfast. We wish the weather had been better so that we could enjoy time in the garden around the hotel.

Good Hotel, Great Location

Good hotel in great central location for all sights and trams, ferry’s etc. shower was a traditional type and not easy to use. Breakfast was ok good continental type option and the hot food wasn’t to our taste. Staff helpful and friendly.

Old hotel with tiny rooms

I would not use this hotel again. My room was just barely bigger than a queen bed, and the ceiling was so low at some point that I could hit my head. The bathroom was so small that you had to stand in the shower stall to swing the door open or closed. The only good thing was the location.

My Stay with family

Lovely hotel with character and beautiful architecture.Very close to landmarks and beautiful views of Blue Mosque. Quiet and friendly.Excellent choice of breakfast and terrace with sea views.Staff were very helpful especially Sadet who welcomed us and Zaki in restaurant.Very hospitable people. Only downside was that it is an old hotel and needs modernisation with bathrooms and floors.

The property is unique and lovely yet has a number of serious issues. Our room required you to step into the shower to use the bathroom as the door opened inward - your socks or feet then always get wet just to use the toilet. Many prays of the hotel are threadbare/very old and musty. Breakfast was passable but the coffee was atrocious and the eggs often dry, old, and sulfurous. The room lacked space for two people to manage their luggage etc. might stay there again but doubt it
