Amazing location. 10 min easy walk to Grand Bazzar.extremely friendly and helpful staff. Better views on higher floors. No canadian tv channels but small issue. Very nice property in the heart of Istanbul. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect; very easy to get to all major attractions in Old Town and great access to the tram system. The location could not have been better! The staff was very helpful and friendly / we felt we were taken care of very well. No issues whatsoever to complain about

We really enjoyed staying here, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Everything was easy and efficient. My only caveat is that the rooms / views really do not live up to the photos, as the place is a bit dated - not really elegant as the pics seem. Also, the pricing on line is crazy - varies wildly from $115 a night to $800 a night, with terms like VIP and special class used randomly. But, all in all a great place to stay.

I arrived at night and then going to the hotel restaurant for breakfast when the doors of the elevator opened I was treated to a spectacular panoramic view of Istanbul. Wonderful place to go.

It is hidden gem in Fatih district. Excellent staff went above and beyond. All key attractions walkable. Excellent roof top restaurant where we had Breakfast. Lot of choice. Rooms are relatively small. Surely recommend.

Staff was wonderful - Had a regular room with double bed - Way to small for an American couple I went down next morning and asked for two twins and they gave us a room with a king and a twin. I should have booked that in the first place. Location is perfect - 5-6 mins to everything major We were only there for 3 nights Perfect for us Breakfast was plenty and has beautiful view of water

This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Istanbul, all the main tourist areas are no more than a 30min walk. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Reception staff were also very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One comment I would make is the reception area is lovely but is totally underutilised, there was a bar in the corner but it was never open. Therefore that area was a little soul less.
