I spent about ten days in this nice hotel and I will definitely back there next time. First of all I am attracted by the very beautiful view of some historical buildings that could be seen from the back a huge glass wall on the top floor where their restaurant is placed. I will never forget the kindness of TUGCE, a young peofessional personal who offered me Turkish Kahve and delicious omlete. You don't want to leave the restaurant after finishing your breakfast because of the amazing view of the sultan ahmed and the blue mosque.

The staff behaviour is awesome, they provided us early check in service, the view from the 6th floor restaurant is really good. In addition, a number of significant historical places are just miniutes of walk away.

Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sultanhan Hotel. The room we had with a balcony and view of the city was exceptional. The breakfast room with views of the Haija Sophia and Blue Mosque was a delight and served the most amazing assortment of delicious breakfast foods. We loved walking from the hotel to all of the sites in the Old Town area because everything was nearby. It felt safe as well. The service was also amazing and they were very helpful arranging transportation to the airport. i would highly recommend the Sultanhan Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

We went to their restaurent for breakfast befor sunrise and had a beautiful view of sunrise behind Blue Mosque. Friendly staff, courteous and polite. I travelled to other cities of Turkey and left my extra luggage with this hotel for free of charge.

The hotels location is superb and rooms are clean. There are 6 floors with 2 lifts and one of them was broken from the day we arrived till end of our stay which made going to the lobby or the restaurant annoying as the working lift was always full and we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get in every time

A great hotel located at the best location of old historic sultan ahmet. Started with pre arrival welcome note from Mr engine from reception team, we had a great stay throughout our 5 days stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, north American size large bathrooms, nice turkish traditional decor and the list goes on. One of the top attraction for us was was the roof top restaurant buffet breakfast with 360 panoramic view of the bosphorus sea and city. The view alone makes the stay at this hotel worthwhile. Speaking of breakfast, they had a wide selections to cater to all taste. Special thanks to Tugce and Yilmaz at the restaurant to make our experience more special. Also thanks to Saleha at housekeeping to clean our room immaculately everyday and last but not least mr Engine at reception for all his recommendations and advises during our stay. Me and my family will definitely return to Istanbul and this hotel in future.

Located close to major tourist attractions, this well appointed and efficiently run facility was great for a family reunion lasting a week. The rooftop breakfast and dining area has spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. Its close walking distance to some of the most prominent attractions as well as to the tram. The view from the terrace restaurant is incredible. However the rooms are pretty average. Our room constantly had a smell (may be due to being closed and heat on). The temperature can only be regulated by opening the windows as the heat is constantly on. I would rate this as a 3-star hotel par with a hampton inn in the US.
