Friendly staff
Reception and breakfast staff were amazing! They helped us with reservations for Turkish baths, restaurants, local transit and private guides. They did everything with a smile and were really nice to work with. Hotel is within walking distance to popular tourist sights, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is close to all attractions like the Blue Mosque. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.we like it so much we always stay at the Sultans Royal

It is a small hotel, clean, nice rooms, safe location, good breakfast, the staff is very courteous and helpfull. The location is excellent, you can walk to restaurants, principal attractions etc. I recommend it!

Our stay at Sultans Royal was enjoyable. The hotel was clean with good decor and comfortable. The location was perfect, with so many attractions within walking distance. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the hot food section was small. The airport transfer service is more expensive that a local taxi or other airport pick up services. Our room was large and had a view of the sea, albeit over rooftops of other properties. I would recommend Sultans Royal who want a hotel within walking distance of the major attractions.

My family of four stayed at the hotel for a week in August 2024. First and foremost I will say that the team managing the hotel, especially Rashid, is very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The room service was excellent. One area of improvement I would suggest is to have international channels on the TV as all the channels were Turkish. I am very pleased with the entire team of Sultans Royal hotel and would highly recommend this hotel for those who wish to visit in Istanbul with their family.

Me and my wife came here for our 5 year anniversary and absolutely loved it. The staff especially were amazing. Our cook/housekeeper Sonya is the sweetest old lady who literally treats you so well and tries to talk to you using a translator app which is so cute. Would definitely stay here again!
