Fabulous, friendly hotel.

After a bad experience from another hotel in Istanbul this hotel was excellent . I don’t remember how many stars hotel has but for me it was a 5 star . It is the best part of the town you can stay . City center and safe around . Friendly service and helpful people works there. I found my new destination for every times visits. Thank you. ND from US

We couldn’t sleep. They have no Air Cooling; only heating. They made the rooms so warm that we couldn’t sleep till 2AM. The toilets don’t have doors that you can close. Absolute lack of privacy. The toilets also don’t flush. Will not recommend.

Oteli mevcut değerlendirme ve puanlara göre bulmuştum iyi ki de bulmuşum.Otelin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde , her yere ulaşım kolayca sağlanabiliyor.Otel temiz ve bakımlıydı , personel güler yüzlüydü, özellikle Batu beye ilgileri için teşekkür ederim.Olumsuz eleştiri yapacağın şeyler de , Oda da ki saç kurutma makinesi arızalıydı ve banyoda ki su başlığının su basıncı düşüktü.Bir daha gelirseniz tekrar deneyimleyebileceğiniz bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Samimiyet ve kalite bir arada!

Keyifli ve stratejik bir şehir oteli. Binanın eski bir yapı olması kaynaklı bazı eksileri olsa da, güzel organize edilmiş. Personel muhteşem, sıcak ve güleryüzlü. Otel genel müdür Banu Çiçek Hanım, resepsiyon ve lobideki tüm personele çok teşekkürler, çok keyifli birkaç gün geçirdik. :)

Başından sonuna kadar mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Temizliği, eşyalarımızın özenle taşınması, isteklerimizi hızlıca çözmeleri gibi birçok konuda harika bir deneyimdi. Konum olarak çok merkezi ama bir o kadar da sakin bir yerde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar da çok kibar ve ilgiliydi.

hem çok merkezi, hem mahhale içi gürültüden uzak, recepsiyon ve bar ekipi çok profesyonel güleryüzlü çok iyi bir ekip, fakat temizlik ekibinde hala sorunlar var , otel eskiden The marmara işletiyordu temizlikle ilgili asla problem yaşanmazdı fakat bu kadar profesyonel bir yönetiminin bu sorunlarında yakında aşacağına inanıyorum. Oteli iş seyehatleriniz için tavsiye ederim.
