It has good gym and swimming pool. First night there was too much noise from the bar downstairs, it was near to impossible to sleep. Second night I was moved to another floor so not music noise. I didn't like that the english of the staff wasn't good enough. There were some misunderstandings with the breakfast and some problems with the internet. The majority of the staff was really helpful and nice, but the lady in the breakfast are for the last 2 days was border rude.

Bad service and reception.

Room was in bad condition the ac didn’t work, room cleaning didn’t come at all in my 4 night stay! Even when I asked for it. The only decent guy (skinny guys unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was on the night shift super friendly and helpful guy. Also the price for location is super high €400 for 4 nights. Over all if I could give no star I would.

The Hotel was great. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our room was super comfortable. The location is very close to the convention center. One draw back was the noise from the bar Nextdoor. Very loud until very late.

Property was clean and modern, staff were not always nice. Room service was not the best, they often forgot to add toilet paper, additional body wash and bath robes. They have com breakfast available which is nice and convenient. I would definitely stay there again due to the location convenience of the hotel.

Hotel located in a nice area of Bomonti with walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms are quite small and room cleaning was not possible late in the day. Also late checkout was not granted when requested.

Disappointing Stay.My recent experience at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, ranking among the worst accommodations I've encountered. The room was deplorable-carpets stained, furniture dusty&alarmingly, evidence of bed bugs. Extremely loud music persisted throughout the night, making sleep impossible for our family. The hotel's solution of moving one of our 2rooms made little difference, showing a lack of consideration for our comfort. Upon arrival, staff attempted to double-charge us. Only our vigilance&insistence on speaking with a manager prevented this. At checkout, we were denied a receipt until Monday, raising concerns about the & hotel's integrity.Basic amenities like the hairdryer, kettle, bathroom mirror were non-operational, significantly impacting our comfort. While some staff were friendly, overall service fell short. Many promised amenities weren't provided&housekeeping standards were abysmal. During our stay, bed sheets were merely straightened rather than changed. Towels were in poor condition&insufficient.This hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, &service. As frequent travelers, we've never encountered such a negative experience. It's disheartening to see a hotel fall so short of providing a welcoming environment.I strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments.This experience demonstrates how crucial it is for hotels to maintain proper standards & consider guest comfort
