Excellent, staff very attentive. Breakfast fantastic. Only downside was The London Pub on the premises. Great building but very few customers and no atmosphere. Hardly surprising at their inflated prices. Half the prices, advertise, fill the place up and it would be a great venue.

The hotel is in the center of everything ..touristic area and all the historical places /structures are within a walking distance gr the hotel..the staff are very good attending to everyone’s needs. Special mention to the crew at the 6th floor where I always have my breakfast..Special mention to Azim and the rest of the crew ok f the restaurant..Kudos to the management who made my stay memorable..Invited my sister and brother in law to visit next year and highly recommends this hotel.

Near tourist attractions (easy to walk everywhere). Safe area. Tram about 100 meters from hotel if needed and each trip about 20cents AUS. Staff at desk helpful for all booking and advise. Only thing to note is the pool was very cold. Breakfast great selection and worth paying. Bottled water every day in room and plenty in foyer to take on outings. Fabulous stay. Locals also very friendly and helpfully with directions while out of hotel. Highly recommended coming to Istanbul for a holiday.

We booked for two nights but house keeping didn't replenish coffee sachets, no dental kit available in the toilet. There was no mirror in the bedroom for make up, need to use bathroom mirrors. Staffs were nice.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is located nearby a tram station. Very good for getting around. The hotel offers a drink of infused water and green apples at the lobby, it is great for us because after coming back to hotel, we were often thirsty:)

Raddison Old town is nearby to the grand bazaar. Public transport (Tram) is nearby. Staff were accommodating and a lot of amnesties available. I would highly recommend.

Lovely friendly staff and a great location within a ten min walk of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern. Our sea view room was spacious enough for a city break & very clean with good facilities although bathroom a little tired looking. The breakfast room and choice of food is excellent. Avoid the bar if you want to save money as drinks are extremely expensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again 🙂
