Great location, friendly staff

The room was really nice and the terrace was awesome. The biggest problem is that the room is rather small but other than that I will absolutely stay at this location again when in Istanbul.

Would highly recommend. New hotel all freshly painted and in a good condition. Perfect location. Literally a minute walk to the busy İstiklal Avenue. Rooms are nice. Small but with sufficient space. Very clean all over. Housekeeping was done well each day. There was hot water, WIFI, a fridge and some complimentary toiletries to name a few. Two bottles of water were provided each day and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were beyond super friendly and helpful. Very nice. My room was too warm one night and the gentleman immediately came up to adjust the temperature so it was cooler as I struggled with the settings. I was out all the time. There is so much to do in Istanbul. This was the perfect place to come back to as it was safe, clean and in a very convenient location. Staff were always there to assist. Would recommend for sure.

Great location, everything is walking distance. Lots of places to eat & shop. Nice hotel & clean. Customer service great very attentive. Would definitely stay here again. I came for the United States and I really love Istanbul a lot.

Very good hotel and service. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms always smell good. Daily cleaning as well and the rooms are warm in the winter. However, the rooms are small and the neighborhood can get noisy sometimes.

The room did not have twin beds as promised. There was no space to even put our luggage in the room and no storage for clothing at all. No way to get out of bed without crawling over the person. As seniors the room was not safe to maneuver and it was impossible to stay.

It was an excellent experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Istiklal Street and nearby attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and spotless, with a comfortable bed.
