To be quite honest with you the staff were excellent! The guys at reception (Hussein &Marc- Hope I got the names correctly) were above par. Their professionalism was beyond belief, they were courteous, respectful, polite and always ready to help. they deserve a raise. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided,and the porters were forever available to help especially Kaan and "Gogo" my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend the hotel to others! the food was also excellent! keep it up

It is always amazing to stay at the Titanik port Bakırköy. Mert, Ezgi Hanim at the reception, and Melek Hanim from the guest relations are always very helpful and are the best ! This time we chose suite room. My children liked very much the big balcony. Certainly 10/10.

There were a few minor issues with the room. A/C was not great in the middle of the day. In the morning and evenings, it was fine. The shower head installed in the ceiling was spraying all over the place. But overall great stay.
