Good hotel to stay at.
Good hotel to stay and good location too with many shops near by and public transport just 5min walk. The day staff amazing always happy to help. However the night staff twice I needed help and both time they said someone will bring the item I need to my room and no one came. I had to go back down stairs to the reception to ask again or collect myself.

Good for short stay. Professional service.
Very good experience with professional service by Oskan, Khizr and later Birol and a number of others seen and unseen (cleaning staff). I had known that the room I reserved was small but it sufficed for my short stay. The location is also convenient. While there was no breakfast there are many cafes etc nearby to choose from. The only negatives were the late night sounds from area clubs as well as somebody smoking close enough to my window to be a nuisance.

Very properly lighted - lobby, room, corridor. etc. Bottled water and tea/coffee are replenished daily. Helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to/from Taksim Square, but a bit far to/from the bus station from the Airports - street surface is not smooth, therefore, it is hard to walk to the hotel from the airport bus stop, dragging your heavy suitcase. Wish they serve breakfast.

Great place for a single woman. Location is great because the area is safe and busy till very late/early morning. It’s very close to public transportation, so it has easy access. Plus, this hotel is actually quiet which is rare for the Taksim area.

My opinion. Okay for one night.
The room and bathroom are very small. The room was the size of a walking closet. I need it for one night and just to shower before the next flight. If you’re going to stay there book the larger room. Or, if going with family or for business, just go to bigger meetings of a brand name hotels.

It is what it is. This isn't a luxury hotel in the slightest. Reminded me of university student accommodation. BUT it is affordable and just off Taksim Square. If you want bargain accommodation and aren't bothered about it because you only really sleep in your hotel this is a great option. Stayed there for the UEFA European Super Cup and would stay there again.

it is very close to the centre and the building should have great history but the room is too small than I expected. It is not the same what I checked on the picture. I did not have chance to complain to the reception as it was last room in the hotel and it was late to check alternative options. I am sorry but I will not prefer to stay there again.
