I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given was extremely small — barely enough space for our luggage. Thankfully, the young woman at the front desk was kind and understanding, and she moved us to another room on the main floor. Unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the window (which was quite large and led directly to a public walking path) wouldn’t close or lock properly. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, this made us feel very unsafe. We brought our concerns to the front desk right away and were told it would be fixed that day. We were gone for about nine hours, but when we returned, nothing had been done — the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the window still wouldn’t close. When we brought it up again, we were told it would be fixed the next day. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable staying even one night longer, given the safety issue, so we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense. I reached out to the hotel immediately that night to explain what happened and request a refund. It took them two days to respond, and their only reply was that they would “work on getting it fixed.” By that time, our stay was already over, and despite following up again, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

🔴Stay away from this place🔴 This place is a joke. Don’t fall for fake reviews those are probably owner’s friends. The rooms don’t look like what they advertised at all. Rooms were filthy, uncleaned, spider webs on the corner of the walls, black mold in bathroom, dirty and stained sheets. The staff were loud and smoking weed throughout the nights. No Air conditioning , I asked the receptionist to fix it he said he will take look at it but he never did. One of the staff just opened the door without knocking and was trying to come in while i was still in the room so if you’re a woman or going there with your family be very careful this place is not safe for you.

Room was not clean at all. The shower had pink moisture in it. There was a cabinet with dirty dishes in it. The towels didn’t look clean, neither were the slippers they provided. The bathroom was in disarray also. The view however is spectacular.

I have nothing bad to say about this property except that it is marketed incorrectly. This is not a 5-star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving. Should I give it a 1-star review for incorrect advertisement? Maybe. But I cut 2-stars for just that. Anyway, the rooms are really small and so is the bathroom. The bathroom smelled initially, and the smell didn't go away for a couple of days. I stayed there 5 days and the bathroom was the worst experience. The toilet and the shower were cramed. There was hardly any space to walk around the bed in the bedroom. Also, this is not a non-smoking hotel. There is smoke everywhere. Even one of the receptionist was smoking.
