Beware, if you are of the ones that wake up easily with any noise, then stay away and look elsewhere. You can basically hear ANY noise from the halls. Any person talking, walking you will hear it, very noisy. As for the Internet, connecting from the room was always impossible because the closest router had a issue with the login page. We reported this countless times and the response we had was "please go to the lobby to connect". Yeah sure that I will get up from the bed at 1AM to go to the lobby and connect. On the contrary, I really liked the breakfast buffet, by far the best one even when compared with other more expensive hotels around the area.

Great hotel good staff, pool area, quiet but close location, tours and good breakfast. Negatives not many of the staff speak any English. My air conditioning didn't work. The bed was small and uncomfortable. I would stay again. Will to practice my Portuguese.

Agradeço de todo coração o serviço de alta qualidade que esses profissionais entregam. Quarto confortável, cama muito boa, chuveiro muito bom, limpeza pode melhorar, café da manhã na média, produtos medianos, sucos poderiam ser melhores, parecem refresco. Área de lazer com piscinas climatizadas, morninhas, dá para aproveitar, mas dependendo da temperatura, seria um diferencial ter piscinas quentinhas.

A estadia foi tranquila. Gostei bastante do hotel e da estrutura. Uma dica de melhoria seria a variedade do café da manhã, porque passamos 5 dias lá e todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas (mas muito gostosas)
