Não gostamos. 1) cartão de abrir a porta do quarto sempre desmagnetizava, tínhamos que descer para ativar o cartão novamente. 2) ar condicionado virado para a cabeça, nem alterando as paletas dava certo. 3) cama ruim e travesseiro muito alto 4) chuveiro esquentava e esfriava com frequência na hora do banho 5) café da manhã com variedades, mas sempre as mesmas coisas. 7) A localização e muito boa. 8) estacionamento gratuito

O hotel é Bom! Porém a equipe é despreparada,eles fazem de Tudo pra oferecer um ótimo atendimento porém, são despreparados. Em nossa primeira noite relatamos um problema em nosso frigobar,a recepção nos informou que no outro dia pela manhã o técnico iria verificar, falamos que avisaríamos o horário pra ele ir e adivinhem…No outro dia,saímos pra tomar café e ao retornarmos pro quarto eu percebi que o cartão de acesso havia sumido, mas tudo bem,deitamos na cama e fomos descansar um pouco e pra minha surpresa a porta se abre sozinha, um homem entra dentro do quarto,ele não bateu na porta,ele não avisou,não tocou a campainha,simplesmente entrou com tudo dentro do quarto,o meu esposo ficou doido com aquela situação e ainda pra piorar,sabe aquele meu cartão que eu dei falta ao voltar do café? Estava com ele,ele entrou no quarto quando Não estávamos,pegou o meu cartão e voltou pro nosso quarto! Um absurdo,falta total de privacidade,falta de respeito,imagina se eu estivesse tomando banho com a porta do banheiro aberta,imagina se o meu filho que tem 14 anos estivesse no quarto dormindo( porque as vezes ele fica pra nós irmos ao café).Nunca mais volto neste hotel porque me senti totalmente Insegura.

Me hospedo.todo mês neste hotel e gosto muito do atendimento e da infra-estrutura dele. Piscina e jacuzzis maravilhosas. As duas sauna é que precisava ser mais quente para poder ser utilizada!! Fica minha sugestão de melhoria!!

Hotel excelente, amamos a estadia, ficamos na torre antiga, e é maravilhosa tb, a cobertura tem vista para o cristo luz, usamos a piscina da torre nova pq da antiga estava em reforma, e é perfeita, quentinha, cafe da manhã muito bom tb, aproveitamos muito!

Ja é a segunda vez que fico hospedada no Hotel das Américas e mais um vez foi perfeito! Absolutamente TUDO, desde a educação dos funcionários, a limpeza, a sala de jogos, ao café da manhã e a piscina!!! Area da piscina das duas torres são perfeitas...
