Bom, mas precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos
O ponto forte do hotel é a localização, perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso, mas antigo. Só havia uma tomada livre no quarto e longe da cama. Internet inexistente, nss as o consegui conectar no Wi-Fi em momento algum. Bom café da manhã, farto r com variedades. Escolha andares baixos, se possível. Os elevadores não dão conta nos momentos de pico e vc terá que esperar muito se depender deles. Equipe atenciosa.

Problemas, muitos problemas. O mais grave foi insuficiência de elevadores. Prédio velho, decadente, sujo, limpeza do quarto inexistente, só arrumam a cama, recolhem o lixo, repõe papel e trocam toalhas. Camas e colchoes velhos, desconfortáveis. Estacionamento coberto cobrado com manobrista à parte e caro com pagamento integral antecipado. Isso deveria constar no site. Piscina coberta não usei. Internet razoável. Localização, tamanho do quarto, banho e café da manhã muito bons. Poderia ser ou um dia foi, não sei, um ótimo hotel. Precisa melhorar muito!

O hotel no geral é bom, tem uma ótima localização e garagem coberta, agora os elevadores são péssimos, muito pequenos, cabem no máximo 5 pessoas e só tem 2, não é compatível com a quantidade de pessoas que o hotel hospeda, são 16 andares, fiquei no 8° andar, e quase sempre tive que ir de escada, aja perna

O hotel não esta preparado para muitos hóspedes. Elevadores pequenos e em pouca quantidade, uma dificuldade para conseguir utiliza-los, sempre cheios. Banheiro sem ventilação e embolorado na parte do banho. Por estar sozinha, me disponibilizaram apenas 1 toalha de banho e quando solicitei mais 1, não me foi disponibilizada. Infelizmente, tive uma experiência ruim.

Quarto com móveis velhos, cama desconfortável, elevador é para 5 pessoas, mas com 16 andares, não conseguíamos utiliza-lo, muitas vezes descemos e subimos por escada. Pagamos R$40 a diária do estacionamento (não tínhamos essa informação antes da contratação do hotel). O café da manhã é bom e a piscina tbm.

Excelente opção custo-benefício considerando a localização e piscina interna. Hotel está passando por reformas necessárias. A título de contribuição de melhoria sugeriria instalação de cortinas blackout - sem tapa-olhos acredito seria inviável dormir no apartamento 602 (muita luminosidade). Equipe do hotel de parabéns - em especial o atendente da recepção Cauã.

O hotel não oferece uma estadia agradável ,mais de 30 minutos para conseguir descer no elevador .Havia apenas 2 elevadores com capacidade máxima de 4 pessoas . Os quartos bem antigos ,torneiras da pia precisam de manutenção e registros do chuveiro . Um barulho infernal do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado . Eu não recomendo
