The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

The location, excellent breakfast, indoor pool, very professional and friendly staff, and affordable price. I did not like the noise anytime at night in the sorrounded rooms and the biting in my foot by probably mites and small biting flies.

The receptionists can’t speak English, my room is tiny. Bathroom is small. Only standing shower. No place to put my toothbrush, hairspray, hair gel. My room is only enough for our bed. I hit my suitcase when I go to the bathroom sometimes. Please don’t call VIP this hotel… I was do exciting and I will have a nice trip, but the hotel made me disappointed.

Horrible hotel - my room had continuous blinking neon lights from the outdoor hotel sign - the wifi was spotty and unreliable- when I complained to the reception desk, no one spoke english nor was interested in solving the issues

About the hotel
The room was really good and very comfortable. The only problem was the people on the hall speaking out loud for almost 2 hours. I am not sure, but I believe they were Argentinian because they were speaking Spanish and a lot of Argentinian tourists visit this beach at this time of the year. The breakfast was ok, I expected more of it. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. The indoor pool was really cool.

Foi otima a estadia. Todos os funcionarios bem prestativos. Único ponto a melhorar é a qualidade dos itens oferecidos no cafe da manhã. Os pães estavam sempre duros e muitas vezes não conseguimos comer. De resto, tudo ótimo. Funcionários prestativos e super simpáticos, além da limpeza impecável do quarto.
