O café da manhã era bom, a estrutura era boa , quarto confortável para duas noites , não usei o serviço de quarto. Quarto não contava com copos. Máquina de café da recepção ( paga ) não funcionava . Estacionamento caro, 40 reais a diária. O problema principal do hotel é a falta de isolamento acústico, conseguia ouvir tudo que acontecia nos quartos ao lado,barulho de secador de cabelo às 5h da manhã, parecia que era no meu quarto. No mais o hotel é bom, para passar 1 ou 2 dias .

Próximo a BR, o que faz com que os sons sejam ouvidos, e acústica e iluminação dos quartos não é muito isolada. Em épocas de muitos hóspedes, não espere manhãs tranquilas. Bom café da manhã e chuveiro forte.

A política de café da manhã do hotel é MUITO CONSTRANGEDORA: de início, em todos os andares e no restaurante há várias placas dizendo que o café da manhã é cortesia, quando, em verdade, tudo é pago pelo hóspede na diária. Uma funcionária olha tudo o que os hóspedes estão colocando no prato, se estão comendo, fazendo cara feia se você comeu algo, não gostou e deixou no prato, não há guardanapos disponíveis, apenas 3 porta-guardanapos bem no alto, para ninguém pegar, não há lixeiras na sala de café da manhã, as funcionárias só retiram os pratos sujos da mesa se não houver nenhum resquício de alimento, caso contrário, deixam amontoando. Os pães são servidos cortados. Algumas frutas, a exemplo de pera e maçã, que devem ser disponibilizadas inteiras, ficam escuras/estragadas, pois, conforme escutei das próprias funcionarias, são cortadas para ninguém levar. Fiz 2 sanduíches para as crianças. Enquanto aguardava elas descerem para comer no restaurante, a criança de apenas 3 anos precisou fazer coco, o restaurante fechou. Expliquei à funcionaria a situação e avisei que estava levando os sanduíches. A funcionária me disse de forma ríspida: "é, você já fez o sanduíche, agora leve, mas amanhã você não vai levar". Nesse momento, outra funcionária intensificou a intimidação, perguntando meu nome, n apto, dizendo que iria me cobrar pelos sanduíches, etc. Em seguida, já recebo msg no whatsapp informando que iriam me cobrar uma multa. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.
